We offer open adult classes for ages 14 years and older.

Come along wearing comfy clothes you can move in and enclosed shoes.

We will provide the swords!

Classes start with a light warm up such as jogging or a game to get the body warm. Followed by some basic strength exercises and stretching.

The class then splits into different levels and works on skills & drills.

Those who are working on choreography will then break off to practise their fights.

Basic drama exercises, character work and improvisation games will be incorporated into classes to help put the performance into stage combat.
